Bullies and Trolls Are Not Welcome

We do not operate like most other social media networks. Post views are not driven by an algorithm that rewards gotcha headlines and gossip mongering -- or content fueling hate, chaos and toxic conversation. In fact, that type of content and disfunctional behavior is strictly prohibited. Fake accounts, bullies and trolls are also not welcome. Famezoo's purpose is to serve as a platform for member conversation. Violence, harassment and other similar types of behavior discourage people from expressing themselves, and ultimately diminish the value of the conversation. Our rules are to ensure all members can participate in conversation freely and safely. Please review our rules and content guidelines. By using our service, you agree to the following:

Authenticity

Civic Integrity: You may not use Famezoo's services for the purpose of manipulating or interfering in elections or other civic processes. This includes posting or sharing content that may suppress participation or mislead people about when, where, or how to participate in a civic process.

Copyright and Trademark: You may not violate others' intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark.

Misleading and Deceptive Identities: You may not impersonate individuals, groups, or organizations. Fake identities and parody accounts often times are designed to mislead, confuse, and deceive and may disrupt the experience of others on Famezoo, therefore, it is not allowed.

Platform Manipulation and Spam: You may not use Famezoo's services in a manner intended to artificially amplify or suppress information or engage in behavior that manipulates or disrupts people's experience on Famezoo.

Synthetic and Manipulated Media: You may not deceptively share synthetic or manipulated media that is likely to cause harm.

Content

No Nudity: Yes, we were all born without clothes! However, this is a family friendly network. You may not post or share any nude, erotic or pornographic photos or videos anywhere on our network, including groups, pages, private messages / chats and forums.

Sensitive Media: You may not post or share media that is gory, violent or adult oriented. This content can be offensive to others and is strictly prohibited anywhere on our network. For example, within posts, live streams, videos or in profile or header images, private messages, groups, pages, chats and forums. Media depicting assault or harm to others (including animals) is also not permitted. View full list of restricted content.

Privacy

Account Compromise: You may not use or attempt to use credentials, passwords, tokens, keys, sessions or other data to log into or otherwise access, add, delete or modify the private information or account features of any Famezoo account other than your own.

Private Information: You may not publish or post other people's private information. We also prohibit threatening to expose private information or incentivizing others to do so.

If you believe that your account has been compromised or private information has been posted about you or that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please report the content by flagging the post.

Safety

Abuse/Harassment: You may not share abusive content, engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so.

Child Sexual Exploitation: We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation on Famezoo.

Illegal or Certain Regulated Goods or Services: You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities. This includes selling, buying, or facilitating transactions in illegal goods or services, as well as certain types of regulated goods or services.

Hateful conduct: You may not attack other people, at all! Specifically on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease, or any reason for that matter.

Perpetrators of Violent Attacks: We will remove any accounts maintained by individual perpetrators of terrorist, violent extremist, or mass violent attacks, and may also remove posts disseminating manifestos or other content produced by perpetrators.

Suicide: You may not promote or encourage suicide or self-harm.

Violent & Hateful Entities: You can't affiliate with or promote the activities of violent and hateful entities.

Violent Speech: You may not threaten, incite, glorify, or express desire for violence or harm.
